Great ideas - seems so obvious now that I've read this but why have I not done this before? Henceforth I will always (always always) link stored information to something I am interested in or working on and leave no isolated items. And trim down my keywords/folders. I'm hoping that Helen Sword's Productivity Catalyst will help me identify the core keywords that I can use in storing information.

That's definitely a goal. However, I do find myself sometimes storing information that's not linked to an existing body of work. That's okay; just need a mechanism for returning back to isolated keywords and spotting connections.
So excited to participate in the same workshop as you!
